b) Information Collected Automatically

Precise Location Data: As an off-road navigation application, our core functionality requires the collection of precise location data from your device's GPS. We collect this data when the app is in use in the foreground.

Background Location Data: To provide features like track recording when your screen is off or you are using another app, we may collect your location data in the background. We will only collect background location data if you have explicitly granted us permission to do so via your device's permission prompt. You can change this permission at any time in your device's settings.

Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including the device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and crash data. We also collect data about your interactions with the Application, such as features used and time spent in the app, for analytics and improvement purposes.

c) Financial Data

If you make in-app purchases, such as for premium features or map subscriptions, all payment data is processed by the respective app store. We do not collect or store any credit card information.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core navigation services, including displaying your position on a map, recording tracks, and guiding you along routes.
• Store and sync your routes, tracks, and waypoints across your devices (if applicable).
• Analyze usage and trends to improve the Application and user experience.
• Diagnose and fix technology problems and bugs.
• Respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
• Notify you of updates to the Application.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

• Account Information: You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account through the app's settings.
• Location Information: You can control the Application's access to your device’s location information through your device's "Settings" menu. Disabling location services will cause the core features of the Application to no longer function.
• Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address provided below.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
